Used in processes such as contract signing, account opening, and service management, the solution plays a central role in digitalising the relationship between companies and customers. By ensuring that these interactions are truly accessible, Celfocus aims to eliminate barriers at critical moments in the digital experience.
The initiative forms part of the platform’s continuous evolution. Celfocus eSign already complies with European regulatory requirements, including the EU Accessibility Act and WCAG standards, ensuring inclusive digital experiences across different channels and usage contexts.
In recent months, Celfocus has been working directly with users with different types of disabilities, in a practical approach centred on real user experience. Profiles already involved include blind people, people with low vision, deafblind people, people with cerebral palsy, and people with color blindness.
The goal is to identify concrete barriers in the use of digital signature solutions and introduce continuous improvements that make the process simpler, more intuitive, and genuinely accessible to all.
