Celfocus wins Diversity Seals

|---Module:text|Size:Small---| APPDI (Portuguese Association for Diversity and Inclusion) hosted the 2025 edition of the “Selo da Diversidade” (Diversity Seal), an initiative that recognises organisations leading the way in promoting equality, inclusion and respect in the workplace.

This year, 127 organisations submitted their applications across different areas of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Each entry was evaluated by an independent and reputable jury, with the Diversity Seal being awarded to the three highest-scoring companies in each category.

Celfocus proudly stood out among the candidates, being recognised with two awards, in:

• Category 1 – Commitment from top management and all hierarchical levels
• Category 7 – Communication of the Diversity Charter and its principles

The “Diversity Seal” distinguishes companies across eight key areas. In addition to these two, there are six further categories:

• Organisational culture
• Internal DEI projects
• Community engagement
• Recruitment, selection and people management
• Professional development and career progression
• Working conditions and accessibility

These two distinctions reflect the collective effort of everyone at Celfocus who, every day, contributes to building a more inclusive, supportive, and authentic culture. They also recognise the leadership’s clear and continuous commitment to embedding DEI principles into everything we do, from how we communicate to how we grow together.
