|---Module:text|Size:Small---| Collab, a leading contact centre software provider, hosted the 2025 edition of its international event, CollabXperience, bringing together partners and clients from around the world.
As a long-standing partner, Celfocus participated in the event alongside a client, Mcoutinho – one of Portugal’s largest automotive groups –, to share Mcoutinho’s operational efficiency improvements and business growth experience with Vodafone Business Portugal’s Contact Centre solution, developed in partnership with Celfocus and powered by Collab’s cloud platform.
This solution showcases the combined expertise of all parties. Celfocus is responsible for providing a full range of professional services, covering qualification, solution design, bespoke development, implementation, support, and lifecycle management, including advisory services. Additionally, Celfocus developed the Customer Business Hub – a layer of applications designed to address customers’ business challenges and deliver Automation and Generative AI solutions to the market.

Ana Amorim, Business Development Manager at Mcoutinho and responsible for the company’s Contact Centre operations, highlighted the success of the solution and the strong collaboration between teams:
