Celfocus Insider – an opportunity to know what it’s like behind the scenes

Celfocus Insider, our open day initiative, returned in a fully digital edition. On March 25^th, a group of 24 students spent the morning with our team and learned more about the company, explored different dimensions through engaging zoom rooms on technical demonstrations, culture and career growth.

Using agile practices and routines, students discovered more about each other, the organisation and the importance of teamwork when trying to complete an e-space room.

Almost 100 future engineers have already participated in this initiative and witnessed what it's like to be part of the company for a day while better understanding what they can expect when starting their professional path.
