Vodafone has just launched the digital platform Vodafone Analytics, a solution that democratizes access for companies of any size (especially SMEs) to valuable insights for their business. It provides information on the mobility and behaviour of potential customers, which can be obtained in real time and in relation to any point in the country, from anonymized data.

|---Module:text|Size:Small---| This enhancement of Vodafone Business’ big data analytics service, developed in partnership with Celfocus allows decision-makers in both the private and public sectors to obtain, in a more autonomous, integrated and scalable way, the information necessary to make or anticipate strategic choices that improve and personalize their operations, commercial service, and business expansion.

Given the flow of people, where in the city should I open my business? Which customers, based on age and gender, can I attract during a major event in my area? What are the peak activity hours in each location? Who are the tourists arriving in my municipality, where do they come from, where do they sleep and where do they go? These are just some of the questions this solution can help answer, based on analysis of large volumes of data generated using Vodafone’s mobile network, geographically broken down to parish level.

The platform, with interactive dashboards and customizable performance indicators, can be used by organizations of all sizes, from start-ups to large enterprises, and in multiple sectors: in retail, it enables optimization of store location and campaigns; improves capacity planning and marketing strategies in tourism and hospitality; through mobility analysis, it helps better manage transport and logistics routes; strengthens urban planning, mobility and safety in public spaces and during events.
