Partnering with TM Forum, Celfocus hosted a webinar on May 27^th about Cognitive Automation and the success story of Vodafone Group’s NOC transformation. The session featured Mark Newman (TM Forum), Simon Norton (Vodafone) and Bruno Silva Santos (Celfocus).

Mark started by framing the challenge of increasing network complexity and the consequent impact of AI and Machine Learning on operations, handing over to Bruno, who introduced Celfocus’s Cognitive Automation solution.

To finish off, Simon explored the challenges and scope of the Vodafone Group’s NOC transformation initiative supported by Celfocus, narrowing down on the delivered benefits.
