Strategy, Solution and Culture – these are, from Carla Penedo’s point of view, the key pillars to accelerate the journey to automating network operations. The Cognitive Automation Offer Lead at Celfocus presented an insightful presentation right after the Keynote Panel at FutureNet Middle East and Africa 2022
The event, which took place virtually last January 26th, gathered around 300 Telco industry experts to discuss network-related topics around automation, 5G and other emerging technologies in a sharing and collaboration spirit between operators, vendors, and analysts.
Carla Penedo also covered the right approach towards autonomous operations, centering the speech on modularity, flexibility and scalability. After telling some of Celfocus’s key success stories on end-to-end incident automation, proactive assurance, 5G network slicing, she presented the company’s Cognitive Automation solution as one data-centric platform that powers today and tomorrow’s networks. In the end, Carla left some final notes and advice for embarking on this challenging, yet exciting automation journey.
