Working remotely is a practice Celfocus has grown used to over the years considering the extensive footprint in international clients. However, amidst the coronavirus outbreak this has become an everyday reality that requires dynamism and the right dose of energy.  

At Celfocus, bringing energyto colleagues spread out across the world fighting this pandemic at home hasbecome the motto. But how?

• Music to our ears – while taking professional photos over the past few months colleagues were asked which song puts them in a relaxed state for this moment and allows them to block-out the big lights and fancy camera. As a result, nearly eleven hours of all genres were collected and now available on Spotify through four playlists: Going Quarantine Crazy, Get moving, Keep the kids away, I need to think, Rock your body.   

• Virtual Golden Hour – an initiative that bringscolleagues together at the same bar every last Thursday of month. This time, avirtual bar and newly discovered musical talents that energised over 150colleagues on the last Thursday of this strange month.

We are not quite certain when we’ll be together at the office again. However, creating moments like these make distance feel shorter and give us the team-spirit we need to make it through while continuously delivering with the quality and dedication we’ve gotten our clients used to over the years.
