Acknowledging this opportunity, and after being challenged with a Service Navigator project, Celfocus announces the creation of a new Business Unit focused on the Enterprise segment, expanding and reaching the customer service domain within it. This new Business Unit will consolidate the design and vision for the Enterprise domain and will be spearheaded by Bjorn Rohs.
The team brings not only valuable and solid experience in the Enterprise domain to Celfocus, but also references, with an installed customer base, across different Opcos. Celfocus will also expand its geographical footprint further into central Europe with a new office in the Netherlands.
