Getting a front-row seat to the day-by-day of an engineer

Targeting Portugal’s best future talent, Celfocus hosted Insider on May 14^th and 16^th. The open day initiative welcomed more than 30 students, who experienced being a part of Agile Teams for a day and got a behind the scenes view into Celfocus’ projects, methodologies and tools.

Participants from top Portuguese engineering and management universities had the opportunity to learn more about Agile Scrum methodology and Celfocus from the inside, narrowing the relationship between the academic and the job market worlds.

In the words of some Insiders, it was “a great day” to “foster teamworkwith the activities that were proposed”, “while still being a universitystudent”. The feedback received also highlights the relevance of meetingcolleagues from similar fields of studies.
