    In the last few years, Celfocus has helped telecom companies in many countries make our planet smaller. But in doing so, we ended up discovering just how big it really is.
    So many landscapes. So many cultures. So many ways of doing things.
    This website was designed to share with you what we see and experience working hand in hand with clients in five continents. It’s a souvenir album, if you like, and our guide - about places and how different they are, about people and how much they have in common. Both our people, with their helpfulness, their know-how, their pride in working with great customers. And our clients’ people, with their vision, their competitiveness, their team spirit.

    Created in 2001 as a partnership between Novabase (55%) and Vodafone Portugal (45%), Celfocus provides solutions for the telecommunications market.

    Celfocus works exclusively within a few specific implementation domains: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Order Management (OM), Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Business Intelligence (BI), Process Assurance (PA), Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM) and Intelligent Network Applications and Services.

    The Celfocus team is comprised of a core set of highly trained Systems

    Architects, Business Analysts and Consultants, with extensive hands-on experience in critical information systems for telecommunications. Celfocus has also privileged access to Novabase’s pool of experienced CRM, BI and EAI consultants.

    Novabase is the leading Portuguese provider of IT Business solutions. Operating in 34 countries and with a turnover of €230 million in 2011, its focus is making life simpler and happier for people and businesses.

    Vodafone Portugal, besides being a partner, is a client for whom Celfocus has deployed all major CRM, OM and Integration projects since 2000, along with other strategic initiatives such as the launch of Vodafone’s new

    Commissions Solution and NGIN OneNet service.

    Managing the full delivery project lifecycle from Concept through to Operations, and specialising in Analysis, Development and Implementations for the Telecommunications Industry, Celfocus has earned recognition for its successful projects in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia.

    Celfocus generated a turnover of €22.5 million in 2011, of which 40% came from international projects with telecom clients across 4 continents.
